2) Your hospital’s value: We provide you with real offers for you to better understand what the market will pay for your veterinary hospital. Our relationships with platform aggregators (buyers) allow you to obtain information on not only the value of your practice but the qualitative factors such as legacy and post transition opportunities for you, your associates and key staff. You then can decide if an exit now or later is right for you.
3) Targeting a potential sale to your preferred buyers: If you determine that a sale is the near term is right for you we advise you on qualitative aspects of each buyer. Based on your goals regarding legacy, your post transition role and opportunities for join ventures, earn outs, and stock in parent company we provide recommendations on which buyers to consider. There are over 40 platform buyers to choose from. Based on your list of buyers, we will offer hospital, along with other hospitals who have expressed an interest in that buyer, an opportunity to bid on the group of veterinary hospitals on sale.
